I need to know the current and budgeted headcount for each department
The Planning module allows users to create custom metrics, set plan targets, and measure progress towards those targets as you make changes. You’ll always be able to see your progress towards your plan goals compared to the starting (current) value. Plus, OrgChart allows you to synchronize your plans with your source data at any time, so you can keep planning as your org changes.
I need to know how my proposed changes differ from the current state of my org
You can review any of the changes you’ve made in your plan using the plan Activity Log. The Activity log can be sorted by date or change type, and it can be exported so that you can review the changes in an Excel format. If desired, you can also export your plan into a PDF or PPT and include a graphical depiction of the Activity Log, so that you can see a summary of the proposed changes on each page.
